WEIR, Joan (nee Smith)
Peacefully at Kingston Court Care Home on Friday 8th March 2024, Joan aged 91 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Donald, cherished mam of Elizabeth, Pamela, Peter, Michael and David, loving mother-in-law of Johnny, Malcolm, Lesley, Rachael and Julie. Proud nana of Joanne, Lucy, Lori, Jessica, Rachael, Kerry, Christopher, Scott, Megan, Hayley and Reece, and a great nana of Harry, Alfie, Tilly, Max, Louis, Jasper, Rupert, Charlotte, Amelia, Sophie, Isla, Jaxon, Jonah, Isabelle, Parker, Noah and Darcy. Joan will be greatly missed by all who knew her, especially her four legged friend Sophie. Funeral Service to be held at St. John’s Church, Upperby on Tuesday 2nd April at 11:45am, followed by interment thereafter. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Joan to Dementia UK.
